Ah, Love….

Feb14

Each and every Valentine’s Day, I recall a poem by screenwriter Samuel Hoffenstein that I learned in high school. It still makes me laugh:

When you’re away, I’m restless, lonely,
Wretched, bored, dejected; only
Here’s the rub, my darling dear,
I feel the same when you are near.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
